• Swedish/American - This massage uses a verity of different massage techniques to stimulate circulation and cleanse the body allowing total relations.


• Deep Tissue - This massage is recommended for tense and tired muscles. Using various techniques and pressures tailored to the client's comfort level, this massage can help eliminate problem areas.


• Sports Massage - This massage is great before or after an athletic event, anytime during training, and/or post event rehabilitation. Using cross fiber friction, stretching and deep muscle work to help improve circulation and athletic performance.


• Lymphatic Drainage - Detoxify your body with this massage. Using slow, gentle strokes with a rhythmic pumping action following the lymph pathways throughout the body to move lymph and accelerate detoxification.

• Reflexology - Reflexology works with the body's energy zones through the feet aiding in stress relief to all areas of the body. If you like to have your feet worked on, this is the perfect choice!

• Facial Massage - Using effleurage strokes and pressure points to reduce tension and stress, increasing circulation and the elasticity of the skin. This is a great massage if you suffer from TMJ.

• Helpful Hints for Massage - Drink plenty of water before and after you receive a massage. This will aid in flushing the toxins that have just been released during your session. Make sure you keep your therapist informed of the level of pressure (light, medium, or deep) you would like to receive during your session. This will make your massage more enjoyable.
